1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request:

Email us at support@trymycart.com within 7 days of delivery

Mention your order number and reason for return

Attach clear photos or videos of the product (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Reverse Pickup / Shipping

If the return is approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (subject to service availability).

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to ship the product to us.

Return shipping costs will be borne by Try My Cart only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy

8. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the product and place a new order.
