Thank you for shopping at Try My Cart. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

Products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at support@trymycart.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the product (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (subject to service availability).

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to ship the product to us.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Try My Cart only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@trymycart.com


8. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the product and place a new order.


9. Policy Changes

Try My Cart reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
